Hiren R. Bhakta is a dedicated trial attorney with a strong background in personal injury and insurance defense litigation. Before founding his own practice, Hiren practiced at respected litigation firms in Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, where he handled cases throughout various stages of litigation. He has extensive experience in case investigation, depositions, expert engagement, motion practice, and trial strategy. His approach is built on thorough preparation, clear communication, and a commitment to achieving the best possible results for his clients.

Hiren earned his Law Degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he honed his trial advocacy skills and served in various leadership roles. Prior to attending law school, he worked in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster, giving him valuable insight into how insurers evaluate and defend claims—knowledge he now uses to level the playing field for injured Texans.
